Rubayi Estes, Principal
Our Team
Rubayi is a seasoned professional with a robust evaluation, public health, disaster relief, and natural resource management background. Her extensive experience spans both government agencies and non-profit organizations domestically and internationally.
Most recently, Rubayi served as the VP of programs at the Santa Barbara Foundation. She brought invaluable insights to philanthropy from past grassroots initiatives and experience in community-based organizations.
Throughout her career, Rubayi has also consulted on various projects for international organizations like the World Bank, Open Health System Laboratories, and Oxfam International. Her expertise in evaluation, agile project management, and design strategy has been instrumental in guiding these organizations towards impactful outcomes.
Rubayi holds a BA in Global Studies and a minor in Peace & Security Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in international environmental policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, with certificates in Health and Humanitarian Supply Chain Management and Conflict Resolution from Georgia Tech and Global Majority at UN University, Jordan, respectively.
